Standard Warranty
2 Years
Included with all products. Covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
Extended Warranty
Up to 5 Years
Optional extended coverage with accidental damage protection available at checkout.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Component failures under normal operating conditions
- Battery capacity degradation below 80% within warranty period
- Motor and gimbal mechanical failures
What's Not Covered
- Crash damage or physical damage from accidents
- Water damage (unless product is rated waterproof)
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (propellers, accessories)
DJI Care
For DJI products, we offer official DJI Care Refresh plans that include:
- • Up to 2 replacement units for accidental damage
- • Flyaway coverage
- • Express replacement service
- • Extended to 2 or 3 years depending on plan
