1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through quandar.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Quandar Droneshop is registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 12345678).
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Euros and include 21% VAT
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors
- Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order
- Stock availability is subject to change
3. Payment
Payment is due at time of order. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, and bank transfer. Orders are not shipped until payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery
- Signature may be required for high-value orders

5. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days to return unused products. See our Returns Policy for full details. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
6. Warranty
All products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. See our Warranty Policy for coverage details.
7. Product Use
Drones are subject to aviation regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to:
- Register drones as required by law
- Obtain necessary certifications and licenses
- Comply with local flight restrictions
- Operate drones safely and responsibly
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Amsterdam.
